“Burnaby Artist Guild Spring Art Gala” original art exhibition and sale. April 10 to April 12, 2026

The 2026 Spring Art Show, “Spring Art Gala,” was a great success, and we’re truly grateful for everyone who helped make the three-day show so special. We welcomed both familiar faces and new visitors, and it was wonderful to hear so many positive comments throughout the event. Thank you for sharing your support and for helping create an atmosphere where everyone could enjoy the show.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our opening speaker, Councillor Joe Keithley, for his support of the Burnaby Artists Guild and for helping kick off the celebration with such encouragement.

This year’s show featured 44 participating artists, with Mimi Kim honored as our featured artist. We appreciated the talent, creativity, and dedication each artist brought to the program.

Congratulations to our raffle winners! Joy Berkana was the Raffle Painting Winner. The 50:50 “Name The Painting” Winner was Margaret Paeko, with the title “City of Hope.” Margaret kindly donated her portion to the Burnaby Hospital Foundation, and together the total collected proceeds were $152.

Finally, thank you to all volunteers, our show committee, and every participating artist. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

We’re already looking ahead to our next exhibition - our Fall Show on October 16 -18. We hope to see you there!
